Easter Services Spread Across Hurons Churches
Easter Sunday brought services across Huron churches with children leading many sessions. Grace Episcopal hosted a morning procession of the Commandery of the Knights Templar in full dress, and Congregational services featured optimistic sermons and an Elk lodge audience. The Presbyterian, St Martin Catholic, Baptist, and Methodist churches reported decorated sanctuaries, special music, and youth-led programs, with notable sermons on resurrection and hope. The Y M C A and Y W C A held a joint Easter gathering at the college chapel.
