Bank Commissioners Face Scrutiny Over Stockholder Identity

Editorials condemn the Bank Commissioners for demanding private debt transcripts and warn of public access to sensitive records. Meanwhile, reports from Trenton describe military encampment arrivals and a notable clemency case in Canada. The piece closes with local marriage notices and community notices from Ridgefield and Hartland.
