Jeffrey Bahr 18 of Livermore faces arraignment Aug 16 in Humboldt Iowa District Court after a county attorney information filed Aug 2. Judge Newt Draheim of Clarion will preside. Humboldt County taxpayers will receive statements showing the 1981 82 tax period July 1 1981 to July 1 1982 and the fall and spring payments. First half taxes are due by Oct 1 with a 1 percent monthly penalty thereafter. Only incumbent Jean Kleve has filed by Thursday morning for the Aug 10 nomination papers in Humboldt County. Voters in Supervisory Districts 1 2 and 5 will vote Sept 7 after Judge Carl Baker voided the June 8 plan and ordered a new redistricting. The July 14 county board plan kept districts but merged Klein Kleve and Ben Bjormson, with Democrats challenging the setup. Auditor Jerry Diedrick said filings close Aug 10 at 5 p.m. and provided polling locations and contact number 332-1571.
