Hull residents cast ballots amid calm civic participation with notable turnout shifts. Republican and Democratic tallies show Republican strength in county and township races while numerous amendments failed. many voters skipped court house proposals.
The Big Comedy Go opens a seven night stand in Hull starting Monday Nov 4 led by manager Geo TL Powell. The show promises refined up to date entertainments with original comedies and operetta style pieces never seen in Hull. Specialty acts include dancer Warte and Chicago’s Banjoist Geo. L. Powell plus performers Juanita Lou Urelic James Bavis and Little Dot. Prices are 20 cents for children and 40 cents for adults with reserved seats 30 cents. One free lady admission with each paid reserved seat if ticket secures before 7 pm Monday. Tickets on sale at the post.
