Two incumbent Hubbard councilmen lost in the Democrat primary while Richard D. Keenan Fourth Ward, George P. Praznik, and J S. Carano won reelection bids. Douglas L. Rohrer and Lidia Palumbo also secured council-at-large positions, with Palumbo defeating Angelo for Third Ward. Keenan’s victory assures November election since no Republican or independent filed. similarly Tucciarone, Bolchalk, Darko, and Law Director Inskeep face no fall opposition.
