Hubbard centennial bank exhibit spotlights local artist
Cortland Savings and Banking Co marks 100 years of service with a centennial exhibit at the Sparkle Plaza branch. Local artist George Richardson displays slate works recalling Hubbard and nearby communities, including Liberty Confectionary, Palace Theater, Coalburg Station, Bessie Barnes Feed Store, Valley Mold Co, Andrews and Hitchcock plant, and an old Loveless livery and feed stable. The show runs until Hubbard’s five year anniversary on July 7.
