Fire Destroys 55 Chickens in Township Coop
A coal stove overheated at Leslie Biggs residence 984 Lincoln Ave. started a fire in a chicken coop Monday night, burning 55 chickens and causing about 300 dollars in losses. Hubbard volunteer fire brigade extinguished the blaze in about 30 minutes. a horse and goat were saved. No insurance on the building.
