Emil Pucak was named to his fifth term as Hubbard Township board president at an organizational meeting with Raymond Kulew and Henry Ross. State Auditor Archer E. Keith Allen McGarvey was born at 1 30 am on January 2 at Youngstown Osteopathic Hospital to Mr and Mrs Charles McGarvey of Hubbard.
