Hubbard board clash over illegal expenditure and missing policy book
Hubbard Board of Education wrestles with alleged illegal expenditure of 112 dollars for a prospective teacher's flight and removal of the policy book. President Al DeJulio and Superintendent Luther Gutknecht insist the matter is settled after the teacher repaid the funds. Tensions rise as board member Bill Kinnick seeks accountability and questions the handling of the missing book and resignation of William Thomas, with accusations of a pointed, independent action and concerns over transparency.
