Harvey B. Hatch longtime Hubbard City Councilman and former service director died at North Side Hospital after a heart attack at Hubbard Golf Course. He was born 1907 in Youngstown and retired from Generales Co. He leaves a wife Nora Powell two sons Arthur and Lynn seven grandchildren. Services were held at Harder and Sons Funeral Home.
