Parishioners of Blessed Sacrament Church greet the Au Van Lap family arriving Oct 30 at Youngstown Airport, beginning settlement in Howland. The North Vietnamese family fled Fort Chaffee Ark after the war, sponsored by the church to aid assimilation and housing.
