WARREN One hundred fifty appeals against the Mosquito Creek Sewer Project assessments were filed in Trumbull County Probate Court. Judge Thomas O Swift will review the appeals in a preliminary conference at 10 a m Friday Feb 17. Burkey represents Howland Against High Assessments and Bazetta residents. he argues the 30.5 million project is unnecessary and the assessments are unfair.
