Roofs burned from the kitchen and dining room. interior ruined. Loss about 200 dollars insured. Cause traced to a coal furnace in the dining room.
The Marlin Wholesale Grocery company sold the contract for a two story brick house to R. R. Spencer & Bro. for 60 by 84 feet to be used by the owners for their business. Work begins at once.
Lord and Charles Koesbiel dissolved their five year furniture business partnership by mutual consent. Lord purchased Koesbiel interest and will continue the business at the same location.
