Peruvian farmers gain with American-style silos and aid
Richard Conover of the U S Foreign Aid Program assists Arequipa region farmers in building American-style silos and new cattle feed methods. He works with the Peruvian Ministry of Agriculture to teach modern production while his wife Pat promotes and persuades. They speak Spanish, have five children, and integrate into local life as they boost milk production and nutrition.
