Prospects Dim for Early Missouri Pacific Settlement

St Louis Sept 16 Prospects for ending the week old Missouri Pacific railroad strike dimmed as four striking brotherhoods rejected a management plan. The management plan sought to call off the strike and settle disputes by paying some claims and routing others to federal agencies.
