Missouri Pacific trains block Hope with long pickups
In a letter from Missouri Pacific Arkansas Division Superintendent Kerlee, trains causing blockages in Hope are discussed. He notes pickups and setouts for Hope products and other items create delays, but crews are addressing the issue and Missouri Pacific will reduce incidents as much as possible. Only one underpass exists at Hervey Street, and the yard needs doubletracking to help.
