Gunter reported chest pain. no serious injuries. Stuart cited for failure to yield.
Lance “Sweet Willie Wine” Watson of Memphis was acquitted on disorderly conduct and carrying a pistol charges. A jury of five Negroes and seven wines deliberated 32 minutes before finding him not guilty after guns were shown in a Memphis store the day before Thanksgiving while a friend bought food for children.
