Christmas Crafts At Daffodil Garden Club Meeting
The Daffodil Garden Club met on Thursday October 15 at Mrs John Burgess home with co host Mrs David Stewart. A guest speaker demonstrated Yuletide crafts and offered instruction. A door prize craft was won by Mrs Dewayne Chastain. President Mrs Terrell Martin announced a November 12 meeting at 1 30 pm in the Douglas Building. Miss Eva V Evans Arkansas Federation of Garden Clubs State Conservation chairman and Ouachita National Forest Public Information Specialist will bring the program. The club plans to plant six oak and six pine trees at Fair Park as a conservation project. Dessert and coffee were served to 11 members and Mrs Feild.
