Stolen Car Recovered Near Texarkana
A car stolen at the Safeway parking lot at 9 10 a.m. Wednesday was recovered about 45 minutes later by Arkansas State Police near Texarkana. The driver, Gary Johnson of Memphis, was charged with auto theft. Owner Dalton Smith of Hope was notified.
