Protests over Stray Americans in Soviet Zone

Washington issued a strongly worded note to Moscow protest ing the mistreatment of Americans entering the Soviet sector of Germany. It cited two college students detained eight weeks and Pvt John J Stinkowicz who escaped from a Berlin prison after ten months.
