A strong sequence of earthquakes struck Santa Rosa California injuring at least 24 people. Two quakes damaged two houses cut power and ruptured gas and water mains. A milder third tremor followed early today felt as far as Gilroy. No deaths were reported.

Insurance to Be Canceled in Little Rock
