Count Your Blessings Talk At Hope Kiwanis
Public Accountant Kenneth G. Hamilton urged Hope Kiwanis members to pause and count their many blessings during a pre Thanksgiving Day talk at Town and Country restaurant. He stressed humility and gratitude tracing from pilgrim forefathers to modern times as a nation blessed by God. The talk was introduced by Attorney Norman Smith who organized the program. The Associated Press reported Dr Jelle Sijistra of the Antirevolutionary party formed a minority provisional Cabinet with the Roman Catholic party to prepare for elections likely in February after the old coalition cabinet resigned October 14 amid distrust in the budget.
