In a letter from Mrs. J T Rogers of McCaskill Ark dated Nov 17 1976 she thanks The Star for help with Southland Products address labels her order was printed with her grandmother s name yet she received her own name The Star notes it cannot guarantee merchandise quality but will pursue buyer claims If unresolved by Nov 22 the paper will file with the U S Postal Service and collect unsatisfied claims in writing to attach to the complaint
