In Chautauqua County near Jamestown New York two Arkansas family members were killed when their car collided head on with a trailer truck on New York State Route 17 about 12 miles north of Jamestown. Truck driver Larry W. Osborne aged 42 from Conneaut Pennsylvania was treated for cuts at WCA Hospital Jamestown after swerving to avoid the car. Names of the deceased were withheld pending next of kin notification.
