Heavy Losses Suffered in Battle Near Duc Lap Camp
South Vietnamese troops suffered their heaviest casualties in four months during a ten hour southwest of Duc Lap Special Forces camp. Government forces reported 24 South Vietnamese and 80 North Vietnamese killed, with 38 South Vietnamese wounded and several missing.
