About 200 elderly patients at the State Hospital in Little Rock will move to private nursing homes under a federal regulatory revision. Billy Burns Hope Route One was injured noon yesterday when his car side swiped Mack Stuart’s vehicle on Spring Hill Road two miles out. Sheriff Jimmy Cook said Burns attempted to pass as Stuart turned left from his home. Burns treated and released. Burns faces reckless driving charge.

A 29 year old Hope man identified as Robert Miller has been returned from Colorado to face charges related to his wife and child. Sheriff Jimmy Cook stated Miller was arrested in Colorado and brought back earlier this week.
