Arkansas judges free to campaign on constitutional question
ARKANSAS judges may campaign for or against the proposed new constitution to be voted on in November. The attorney general said Act 465 of 1969 bars judicial candidates from campaigning for others but does not extend to the constitutional measure. Municipal Judge Reed Williamson of Jacksonville requested the opinion. The office also ruled the Education Board must license the Arkansas Real Estate Association Institute for broker training. Chronophobia is noted as an impulse to smash clocks.
