Groundbreaking occurred in Rogers for Emerson Electric Co. third Arkansas plant after securing a 738000 building permit. The 100000 square foot facility will employ about 300 people and should finish late this year, joining existing plants at Paragould and Batesville that produce electric fans and other equipment.
