Mannis Seek Stay on Guardian for DeWitt Boy
Mr and Mrs Floyd R Mannis of DeWitt ask Arkansas Supreme Court to block naming a guardian for their son Roy under the state's compulsory smallpox vaccination law. Bennett Ruling Case Postponed in Arkansas Chancery Court
