The Associated Press reports a slim chance of rain in Arkansas through Saturday as the National Weather Service notes widely scattered showers and a few thunderstorms. Rain chances range from 20 percent in the south to 30 percent in the north, with otherwise partly cloudy skies and warm temperatures.
The extended outlook calls for warm temperatures with a chance of showers Sunday and Monday. A southerly flow brings clouds and showers, with highs in the 80s across the region and nightly lows in the 60s to 70s.
