No Decline in Wholesale Prices in April
Washington report shows wholesale prices did not fall in April, but the final figures confirm no rise for the first time in 18 months. Only farm and food prices declined, while industrial raw materials rose 0.3 percent, easing the annual rise to about 3.6 percent from 4 percent earlier. The index at 116.6 percent of the 1957-59 average compares with 111.9 a year ago.

Israel Attacks Lebanon as Warplanes Hit South

Fulbright reports flood of mail on Cambodia decision

Drug Possessor Is Pardoned by Governor
Gary Milner of Wynne was pardoned by Gov. Winthrop Rockefeller after a May 1 sentence of six years and a $2000 fine for possession of marijuana and LSD. Milner must pay the fine and be on three years probation. Clemency followed Pardons and Parole Board recommendation. 98 Arrests in Detroit Gambling Raid by FBI
