Mrs. Buel C. Wortham reports no word from her son Buel in more than two weeks after his release by the Soviet Union. He telephoned from Vienna a week ago Tuesday saying he would be home in about seven days. Wortham, a former Army officer, was convicted of stealing a bear statue and making illegal currency exchanges in Leningrad, receiving a three-year labor camp sentence later reduced to a $5,555 fine.
