James Houston Gunter Jr. passed the March bar exam, licensed in Texas and now eligible to practice in Arkansas as well, affiliated with John Wilson in the Arkansas Bank Building. Mrs. Tish Smith Jones of Little Rock, formerly of Hope, will appear on Bye on Arkansas at 12 noon Wednesday, March 28.
