The National Weather Service reports flooding along the Ouachita River near Arkadelphia with nearly four inches of rain in western Arkansas and about two inches elsewhere. Arkadelphia's river crest forecast near 20 feet, Camden near 33 feet midweek, Saline River at Benton crest near 22 feet, Buffalo River well below flood stage, Cache River at Patterson two feet above flood stage, White River crest below flood level at Calico Rock and Batesville, and Clarendon expected little change.
