City Council Cuts Salaries and Orders Dilapidated Homes Razed
The city council reduced salaries for the city clerk from 75 to 60 dollars a month the treasurer from 60 to 50 and the municipal judge from 1590 a year to 1200 with the city paying half. The mayor had already been cut to 75. Williams Sought by Another State in Bank Robbery Case
