Anti-Trust Suit Filed Against Movie Companies
Fort Smith report says Ping Inc operator of the Rex theater filed a $300 suit charging discrimination and violations of anti-trust law against three movie exhibitors and nine film distributors. The Fort Smith independent theater company initiates the action on March 21.
