Parents Lester and wife share the home with other children as the doctor who helped birth them stays away for clinic duties. In LaFayette Alabama an all white jury acquitted two white policemen of first degree murder for allegedly beating 18 year old Wilie B Carlisle to death. James R Clark aged 48 and Doyle Mitcham aged 24 were cleared after deliberating one hour and twenty minutes.
