In Muskogee Oklahoma two workers, Ralph Hutson age 27 and Bob Bernhardt age 82, were inside a 0 foot high bin when 50 tons of hard packed fertilizer collapsed trapping them. Hutson died and Bernhardt suffered two broken legs and possible internal injuries as a bulldozer remained wrecked nearby during capture of the incident.
