The Supreme Court issued multiple rulings on insurance and civil cases including a new trial order in a Hot Springs case over a collision between Billy Huffman and Bobby Digby with damages totaling $9,142, a Garland County denial of Huffman counterclaims, and Digby’s injury testimony.
