Protests Revoking of River Permit in Arkansas Circuit Court
James L. Martin of Morelston filed in Pulaski Circuit Court seeking review of a river permit revocation. He argues Revenue Commissioner G Brye Larey misstated facts after revoking a permit issued January 5, 1967 by Doris McCastrain for a stretch of the Arkansas River in Pope, Conway and Perry counties. The revocation occurred June 1 without prior notice.
