May, son of Mrs. Lawrence C. May, Hope, is assigned to forward U S Air Force post in Southeast Asia as personnel superintendent. May previously served at the Air Force recruiting detachment in Oklahoma City and is a Spring Hill High School graduate who attended Arkansas A&M College. Dr. Charles Johnson will attend a two day post graduate study in St. Louis February 18-19.

Cities Bill to Bring a Veto
LITTLE ROCK AP The governor rejected a bill to raise cities share of general revenues. Senator M Morrell Gathright of Pine Bluff sponsored SB 65 and met with Rockefeller to recall the measure from the Senate. If enacted the allocation would rise from 3.7 million to 8.7 million in 1967 68 and 13.7 million in 1968 69. The governor said the state general revenue could not afford the increase.
