Hope Arkansas adopts revenue bonds for sewer improvements
The City of Hope Arkansas enacts an ordinance authorizing Sewer Refunding and Construction Revenue Bonds of 572000 to refund 1961 bonds and fund extensions to the sewer system. Provisions cover bond terms, security, sale, and cross pledges with water and electric revenues.
