Court Rules Against Minor In Tractor Accident Case
Arkansas Supreme Court reversed a Crittenden Circuit ruling in a suit brought by Charles Eugene Jackson and his father against Lloyd D. McCuiston Jr and relatives over an accident on a farm. Jackson, nine at the time, lost part of his left leg when his leg was caught in a stalk cutter operated by McCuiston, who was nearly 14.
