Warming trend headed to Arkansas weather outlook

The Associated Press reports a warming trend reaching Arkansas with highs near 50 Saturday and in the 50s Sunday through Tuesday. Lows will be in the low to mid 40s, with temperatures staying below freezing in daylight hours across much of the state Thursday despite ample sunshine.

Argentina Army Drives Rebels From Radio Station

Argentine army troops moved to end a right wing air force rebel uprising, dislodging militants from the Belgrano radio station they had seized. Rebels alleged control of bases including Moron and Mendoza, while the army claimed they held only Moron and sought a quick resolution. Brig. Gen. Orlando Capellini led the insurgents, demanding Gen. United Airlines and striking ground service employees reached a tentative wage contract after an all night talks with mediator WJ Usery Jr. Ratification vote set for Sunday.
