Governor Harry Moore fixed 2 oclock next Wednesday afternoon December 21 as the hour for the extradition hearing of Robert Elliot Burns, the chain gang fugitive wanted by Georgia. Burns, author of I Am a Fugitive From a Chain Gang, escaped twice, including a later escape after Georgia allegedly promised parole.
