Coming and Going at Ouachita College Choir Concert

The Frank Kings attended the Ouachita Baptist College Christmas concert with the College Choir on Tuesday night. Dora Ann King and Larry Williams of Hope are choir members with Dora Ann recently returning from a five day North Western Arkansas tour as accompanist for the Ouachita Singers. Ali Kendall Yocom has been visiting his mother Mrs. Ray Yocom and will depart Monday for an assignment in Germany.

Nuns Craft Stained Glass Windows At Adrian Factory

Mother Genevieve of the Dominican motherhouse in Adrian arranged a joint apprenticeship for two nuns from Spring Hill School. At the glass factory they helped assemble four stained glass window panels for Maria Hall, fitting about 3900 colored pieces under artist Sister Joannes guidance. The nuns, teachers by trade, earned degree credits and were warmly bid farewell with candy.
