Claude C Murphy, 87, had funeral services at 2 p m Tuesday in Holly Grove Church with burial in Holly Grove Cemetery. He died Sunday in a Nashville hospital. Survivors include one son six grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. The Galapagos Islands were named by Spanish explorers for the giant land tortoises found there. The tortoises are among the oldest living creatures on earth.
