The National Weather Service says a high pressure system is entrenched in Arkansas today bringing scattered afternoon and evening thunder showers. Little temperature change is expected today and Friday.
Arkansas experiences a southerly flow from a high pressure to the west keeping air saturated. Lows range from 63 to 69 across Fayetteville Harrison Fort Smith Little Rock Jonesboro Texarkana El Dorado Pine Bluff. Highs reach 86 to 91 with a 0.03 inch rainfall report. Partly cloudy with highs upper 80s to low 90s and scattered afternoon showers.
