Rose 34 of Benton was arrested for violation of the Federal Reserve Act and charged with embezzling 2579 dollars from the Benton Alcoa Employees Federal Credit Union. The complaint filed before U.S. Commissioner John E. Coates at Little Rock notes a Wednesday hearing led to Rose being released on 1500 dollars bond.
