FT CHAFFEE Ark AP top cowboys from across the country will take part in an exhibition rodeo for Vietnamese refugees at the relocation center next Monday. Jim Shoulders, a 16 time world champion now rodeo stock contractor, says the exhibition costs taxpayers nothing. A translator will assist in explaining the action to refugees.
